A.L. Reeves

A.L. Reeves is the Founder and Director of the Boys 2 MEN Mentoring Program within Harford County Public Schools, where he is dedicated to empowering and guiding young men toward leadership, accountability, and success.

With a distinguished career in education, Mr. Reeves has served as both an educator and administrator in Harford County Public Schools as well as Denver Public Schools. His commitment to student development and community impact has been a consistent thread throughout his professional journey.

In addition to his work in education, Mr. Reeves is a retired pastor who has spent years providing spiritual guidance and leadership. In addition to his service on the Harford County Youth Commission, he is a national speaker for the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), where he shares his voice and experiences to educate and inspire audiences nationwide.

Mr. Reeves currently leads a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, further extending his mission to serve and uplift communities. He earned his undergraduate degree from Howard University and his Master’s degree from Georgetown University. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate at Liberty University, with an anticipated completion in Winter 2027.

Through his work, Mr. Reeves remains committed to mentoring the next generation, fostering positive change, and building stronger communities.
