Dr. Tracie Grier

Dr. Tracie Grier serves as a Shared Services Manager II, Vice President for the COAST team at Wilmington Trust, a part of M&T Bank. In her role, she oversees the daily operations of the Fee Payment Team, drives process improvements, and supports crossfunctional collaboration. Known for her strong leadership and ability to bring structure to complex workflows, Dr. Grier is instrumental in team development, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring operational excellence. With over a decade of experience in operations and team management, she brings strengths in communication, relationship building, and problem-solving. Dr. Grier is passionate about creating efficient systems while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Outside of her professional role, she is committed to personal and professional growth and actively gives back to her community. She volunteers with the New Castle County Hope Center and The Resurrection Center, supporting outreach initiatives and grant writing efforts. She also enjoys spending time at the movies.

Dr. Grier is currently focused on strengthening team operations and continuing to build a collaborative Shared Services environment. She is honored to serve on the Pearls of Destiny Board of Directors, where she is committed to supporting and empowering young women. Dr. Grier is proud to support the Founder’s vision and is passionate about being part of the growth and development of the next generation.
