Dr. Kimberly Williams

Dr. Kimberly Williams is an experienced educational leader with over 21 years in secondary education, ten of which were spent leading in the classroom. She previously served as an administrator at Elkton High School for five years, where she led with excellence and achieved a 100% graduation rate among enrolled students.

Dr. Williams currently serves as the Principal of Perryville High School, her alma mater. Dr. Williams brings expertise in leadership development, organizational leadership, and project-based instruction. Her work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed and restorative practices, as well as a strong understanding of neurological development and its impacts on learning. She is also highly skilled in professional learning, implementation, and continuous improvement science.

Actively engaged both locally and within the broader community, Dr. Williams has built strong connections across business, education, and government sectors. She is committed to empowering students, strengthening systems, and driving meaningful, lasting impact.
