Courtney Douglas

Courtney Douglas, proudly from Elkton, is a dedicated High School Career Coach, where she guides students in planning for their futures and building the skills they need to succeed. She is the devoted mother of five amazing kids and loves watching youth and professional sports, spending quality time with her children, and shopping.

Courtney is passionate about uplifting young ladies in the community. Through Pearls of Destiny, she hopes to support their growth, help them build confidence, and show them that they are capable, powerful, and fully equipped to succeed in whatever path they choose.
