Ebony Tessein

Ebony Tessein was born in Landstuhl, Germany, and raised in Philadelphia, but has called Bear, Delaware home for most of her life. Married for 20 years, she is a proud mother of three—two daughters, ages 22 and 18, and a 17-year-old son. Ebony serves as the Program Coordinator/Director for Youth and Teens at the Bear/Glasgow YMCA, where she leads impactful programs such as Teen Night, WOW – Working on Wellness, and Workforce.

With 14 years of mentoring experience, Ebony is passionate about empowering young people to grow with confidence, purpose, and integrity. As part of Pearls of Destiny, her goal is to create meaningful connections and leave lifelong memories that inspire every girl to shine as her most authentic self.
