Jannia Santiago

Jannia Santiago was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland.  After high school, she moved to California for a few years before finding her way back to the East Coast, where she’s been ever since. Jannia is a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology and also holds a Master’s degree and licensure in Social Work from Delaware State University — Go Hornets!

She lives in Bear, Delaware with her husband and their two beautiful children, Noah and Sage. Though she’s a proud homebody at heart, Jannia loves exploring new coffee shops, enjoying dinner with her girls, kee-keeing on the phone with her sisters, and planning new adventures with her husband. Known as one of the best hype women around, she brings encouragement, positivity, and genuine warmth everywhere she goes.

For Jannia, Pearls of Destiny is important because every girl deserve a safe place to land, someone to show them their strength, and a

community that guides them with care and conviction. She believes in reaching back, uplifting the next generation, and helping young women step confidently into their purpose.
