Lahnee' Piner

Lahnee’ Piner is the Founder and Executive Director of Pearls of Destiny, a mentoring program dedicated to empowering young girls across Cecil County and surrounding areas. Born and raised in Elkton, Maryland, she is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother with a deep passion for pouring into the next generation.

Lahnee’ currently works for Cecil County Public Schools and most recently served as a College and Career Readiness Coordinator, supporting middle and high school students in their academic and personal growth. With years of experience mentoring youth and a background in higher education at the University of Delaware and Harford Community College, she is committed to helping teen girls build confidence, embrace their worth, and walk boldly in their purpose.

Through Pearls of Destiny, Lahnee’ has created a safe and empowering space where girls can grow through mentorship, sisterhood, and selfdiscovery. Her mission is to help each girl recognize her inner strength, polish her potential, and shine as the young woman she is destined to become.

Lahnee’ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, is a graduate of the Cecil Leadership Institute (2024), and is a Certified Life Coach. She remains committed to making a lasting impact in her community—one pearl at a time.
