Marquita Johnson

Marquita Johnson, born and raised in Elkton, Maryland, has a true passion for empowering youth. She is committed to building confidence, encouraging self- belief, and helping young people reach their full potential.

She holds an associate’s degree from Cecil College, a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, and a master’s in Organizational Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.

A proud mother to her son Mahki, Marquita works as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Terumo Medical Corporation and serves as the Director of the Young People’s Division at her church. Because programs like Pearls of Destiny didn’t exist when she was growing up, Marquita is excited to give back and support young women. Her goal is to inspire and guide the next generation to grow with confidence and purpose.
