Nilda Coursey

Nilda Coursey was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Lincoln University, PA. She is a proud and devoted wife, mother, and “Mimi,” with over 15 years of experience as a caregiver and a DSP supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Nilda loves spending time with her family and friends and can often be found cheering on her children at their sporting events. She has a natural gift for making others feel seen, heard, loved, and always brings laughter and warmth wherever she goes.

As a mentor with Pearls of Destiny, Nilda’s mission is to uplift,

empower, and encourage young women to know their worth, find their voice, and reach their fullest potential.
